By accessing and using this website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Intellectual Property – All images and content are owned by the Studio may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

2. Bookings & Payments – Sessions require a deposit to secure the date. Full payment is due before final delivery.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling – Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot may forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Image Delivery & Usage – Edited images will be delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe. Clients may use them for personal and commercial purposes with proper credit where applicable.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality – Client data and images will be handled securely. No personal information will be shared without consent.

6. Liability – While every effort is made to deliver high-quality images, we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances affecting the shoot.
